- Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- Apply 1 coat of Mother of Pearl enamel and let dry.
- Using a thin art brush, paint random flowers using Hollywood enamel, let dry.
- Paint more flowers using Black Platinum enamel. Let dry.
- Seal your design with 1 coat of Mother of Pearl enamel and 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
