- Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- Using a fanned art brush, create a feather effect on perfectly manicured nails alternating thin coats of Cocoa and Iced Cappuccino Enamel. Let set for 5 minutes.
- Apply 1 thin coat of Glow Enamel to add shine to your design.
- Seal with the CND top coat of your choice and place a vertical stripe of rhinestones to the nail with an orangewood stick.
