- Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- Apply 2 coats of Voodoo Enamel to all 10 nails and let set for 1 minute.
- Apply the rhinestone design using an orangewood stick dipped into Super Shiney™ Top Coat and let set for 1 minute.
- Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
