Red Rocker
- Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- Apply a thin coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to medium length oval-shaped nails.
- Apply 2 coats of Love Stinks Enamel and let dry for 1 minute.
- Create the safety pin design using clear or colored crystals applied with an orangewood stick dipped into Super Shiney™ Top Coat.
- Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
