Pop Art
- Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- Apply 2 coats of Silicone Smile Enamel to all 10 nails. Let dry.
- Create a large half circle to 1 side of the nail using Hot Pop Blue Enamel.
- With the blunt end of a brush, stamp medium sized dots in an asymmetrical pattern to the nail using 2 different Enamels: Jiggy for 2 dots and Tart-a-licious for 2 dots.
- Using the very end of the Enamel brush, create a series of smaller dots using Sweet Tooth Enamel, cross-crossing the nail to complete the design.
- Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
