Modern French
- Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- Apply 2 coats of Crème Brulée Enamel to all 10 nails and let dry.
- Create medium sized moons on each side of the nail using Iced Cappuccino Enamel and let dry.
- Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
