- Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- Apply 2 coats of Silicone Smile Enamel to all 10 nails. Let dry.
- Create an elongated oval to 1 side of the nail with Glam Queen Enamel.
- Using Cream Puff Enamel draw a thin halo around the oval and 3 thin lines in the 3 corners around the oval.
- Apply tiny dots with the tip of the brush using Jiggy and Tart-A-Licious Enamels. Let dry.
- Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
