Heart Stopping
- Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- Apply 2 coats of Voodoo Enamel to all 10 nails and let dry.
- With a small brush, use Hot Pop Pink Enamel to create a heartbeat design. Let dry.
- Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
