Freedom Dots and Stripes
- Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- Apply 2 coats of Cream Puff Enamel to all 10 nails.
- Using Company Red Enamel and a small brush create red stripes from cuticle to extension edge. For a little sparkle add a thin coat of Bisou De Lulu Enamel.
- Apply dots of NFS Enamel using the blunt tip of the polish brush in a random pattern in the cuticle area.
- Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
